Return Policy

Return conditions
You can return the product within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Email us at info@sunexpected.ch to initiate your return/refund process and check if you are eligible.

No refund

Unfortunately we cannot accept the following returns:

  • Damaged products (excluding transport damage)
  • Used products
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Products that do not include all accessories
  • Electronic Software Licenses (ESD)
  • food
  • Unsealed products from the following product groups:
  • Consumables
  • Health and hygiene products
  • Software with broken seal
  • Books, DVDs
  • Products used to prepare or store food (blenders, pans, Tupperware, etc.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


    Additional non-refundable items:

    • Custom or tailor-made products and services
    • Individually ordered products and services (special customer requests for products or services)


      Refunds (if applicable)
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to the store account within a certain number of days.

      Cash refunds must be specifically requested and are not guaranteed. Each case is treated individually. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

      A processing fee will be deducted from any refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Any customs fees or return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. This applies to local sales/returns (Switzerland) and also to international sales/returns (outside Switzerland)

      Clearance items (if applicable)
      Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

      Exchange (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@sunexpected.ch and send your item to: Sun Expected AG, Tschachenhofweg 3, 8855 Wangen SZ, Switzerland

      Gifts
      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

      If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

      Shipment

      You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

      If you are shipping an item over 75 CHF, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
